Brittany Ferries has acquired a second luxury cruise ferry for this route, so
from March 2010 there will be three crossings weekly from Portsmouth to

Plymouth to Roscoff has always been a popular route for easy access to
the glorious coast and countryside of Brittany. Your journey is now a pleasure
in itself, as Brittany Ferries' modern ship, the Armorique, a state-of-the-art
cruise ferry was introduced in April 2009, replacing the previous rather elderly
vessel.
The fastest crossing from the UK to Spain is offered from Plymouth to Santander, the voyage taking just 18 hours, with the route
sharing the Pont Aven used on the Portsmouth Santander crossing. Plymouth has
a direct dual carriageway link into the M5.
Poole to Cherbourg
is also a popular route, using a Fast Ferry in the summer, from May to October.
