The Express operates throughout the year and completes the
crossing in under 2 hours, while the Explorer is in service from June to

This crossing is served by both a conventional ferry taking three and a quarter
hours, and a High Speed ferry which zips across in 1 hour 50 minutes. Between them
these two vessels offer eight sailings throughout the 24 hour period
